Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how bookings, payments, ritual fulfillment, updates, refunds, dispute handling, and support work when you use AdiDevam. By using the platform you agree to all sections below.

1. About AdiDevam
AdiDevam is a spiritual platform that helps devotees offer puja and chadhava at the famous Teerth Kshetras of India. We operate as an intermediary between the devotee and the regional family pandits who actually perform the ritual on the ground.
The pandits who perform every offering are independent traditional practitioners — born, raised, and serving in their respective regions — who work with us to fulfil offerings on the devotee's behalf. They are not employees of AdiDevam, nor are they employees of any temple or temple trust referenced on the platform.
AdiDevam is operated by ANS Services. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
2. No Affiliation With Any Temple Or Trust
AdiDevam does not claim, represent, imply, or hold any direct affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or commercial relationship with any temple, temple trust, temple administration, temple management committee, devasthanam, board, or any other religious authority referenced on the platform.
References to specific temples, jyotirlingas, shaktipeeths, dhams, or kshetras are made solely to indicate the geographic location and the lineage of the regional family pandits we partner with for that area. The pandit performs the offering at, near, or in association with the regional kshetra according to that region's traditional practice; we do not represent ourselves as being authorised by the temple or its trust.
Any branding, logos, or trademarks of temples or trusts that appear in third-party links or imagery remain the property of those respective entities. Our use of place names is descriptive, not affiliative.
3. Use Of The Service
- AdiDevam helps devotees book pujas, chadhava, daan, astrology guidance, and related devotional services online.
- You agree to provide accurate devotee, sankalp, phone, payment, and delivery details.
- You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, scrape content, reverse-engineer the platform, or submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or impersonating content.
- You must be 18 years or older to make a booking. If booking on behalf of a minor or another adult, you confirm you have the right to share their name and gotra for the sankalp.
4. Bookings, Sankalp Details, And Naam-Gotra Accuracy
- Ritual details, dates, temples / kshetras, offerings, inclusions, and timelines are shown on the relevant product or checkout page. By submitting a booking you accept those details as agreed.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of names, gotra, family member names, phone number, and any other sankalp information you provide.
- AdiDevam will perform the offering in the naam-gotra exactly as submitted. Spelling, transliteration, or accidental name errors that originate from the devotee will be carried into the sankalp as submitted.
- Correction requests can be handled only before the operational cutoff for that seva (typically 14:00 IST on the booked day). Once the puja has begun or been completed, changes are not possible.
- AdiDevam may, in good faith, refuse a booking if the supplied details appear fraudulent, abusive, or used to harass another person.
5. Payments, Pricing, And Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed after successful payment verification through the payment partner (currently Razorpay) or an approved alternate payment flow shown on the site.
- Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted on the page.
- Payment failure, bank delay, gateway outage, or incomplete verification may delay confirmation until the payment partner confirms status. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed within 5–7 working days, the bank usually auto-reverses the charge — no separate refund request is needed for those cases.
- Promotional pricing, festival pricing, or temporary discounts are valid only for the window shown and cannot be retroactively applied to earlier bookings.
- AdiDevam reserves the right to modify pricing, slots, or seva inclusions at any time before a booking is confirmed.
6. Ritual Fulfilment And Operational Variations
- AdiDevam coordinates with regional family pandits to perform the selected seva using the provided sankalp details. The ritual is conducted in the traditional Vedic / regional vidhi associated with that kshetra.
- Exact ritual timing may vary because of temple opening hours, crowd conditions, festival days, pandit availability, weather, local restrictions, government orders, or force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, public-order disruptions).
- On rare occasions where the originally selected kshetra is unavailable on the booked day for reasons beyond our control, AdiDevam may perform the offering at an equivalent regional kshetra of comparable shastric standing, with the same naam-gotra, and notify the devotee on WhatsApp. The devotee may request a refund in that case if the substitution is not acceptable.
- Video proof, photos, or updates are shared where included with the booking. Technical, temple, or network limitations may affect media timing, format, or duration. The video is intended as a record of the offering; image quality and length depend on on-ground conditions.
- Prasad / physical-prasad delivery is not currently included in any seva unless explicitly stated. When kshetra-direct prasad seva launches, it will be a separate paid offering.
7. Spiritual, Astrology, And Outcome Disclaimer
Pujas, chadhava, daan, astrology readings, and remedial guidance offered through AdiDevam are devotional and spiritual services rooted in Hindu tradition. They do not guarantee any specific financial, medical, legal, marital, immigration, career, exam, fertility, or life outcome.
For medical, legal, financial, or professional decisions, please consult a qualified professional in that field. Astrology guidance shared by AdiDevam — whether through Divya Jyoti chat, kundali tools, or the Jyotish Hub — is for reflective purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice.
AdiDevam does not promise miraculous results, instant cures, or guaranteed deliverance from any condition. Any anecdotal experiences shared by other devotees are personal accounts and should not be treated as a representation of expected outcomes for any other person.
8. Cancellations And Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on the seva stage at the time of the request: (a) before payment confirmation — full refund handled by the payment partner; (b) after confirmation but before puja-day operational cutoff (14:00 IST) — full refund minus payment-gateway fees; (c) after operational cutoff — typically no refund, as samagri procurement and pandit allocation has already begun; (d) after the puja has been performed and video shared — no refund.
- Refunds approved at AdiDevam's discretion are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- If a confirmed service cannot be performed due to operational reasons attributable to AdiDevam, we may offer rescheduling, an alternate seva of equivalent value, wallet/credit, or full refund — chosen by mutual agreement.
- The detailed refund policy at /refund forms part of these Terms by reference.
9. WhatsApp And Account Updates
By making a booking or creating an account, you consent to receive transactional WhatsApp messages relating to: OTP login, booking confirmation, payment status, sankalp confirmation, puja-day reminders, video proof delivery, refund updates, and support replies. These transactional messages are essential to the service and cannot be opted out of while you have an active booking.
Promotional or festival-campaign messages are sent only to devotees who have explicitly opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any campaign message, by writing to us, or by using the unsubscribe controls in your account.
10. Privacy And Data
The full Privacy Policy at /privacy forms part of these Terms by reference. In summary: we collect only what is needed to perform the seva (devotee name, gotra, phone, address-when-relevant, birth details for astrology services), we do not sell devotee data to third parties, and we share data only with our payment partner, WhatsApp Business API provider, and the regional pandit performing the ritual — strictly to deliver the seva.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on adidevam.com — including but not limited to written copy, deity illustrations, photographs, video footage, animations, logos, and the AdiDevam wordmark — is the intellectual property of ANS Services or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content commercially without prior written permission.
Personal devotional use of any seva video shared with you (saving, family sharing on WhatsApp) is permitted. Public re-upload to social media platforms requires that you do not modify the AdiDevam watermark and do not imply endorsement by any temple trust.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, AdiDevam, ANS Services, its directors, employees, and pandit partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, spiritual-outcome, or expectation-based claims arising from your use of the platform.
Our aggregate liability for a confirmed paid order, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the amount paid by the devotee for that specific order, except where law requires otherwise.
We do not accept liability for: (a) failure to achieve any specific spiritual, financial, marital, medical, or career outcome; (b) third-party temple closures, government orders, or natural events that disrupt scheduled rituals; (c) WhatsApp / SMS / email delivery delays caused by network or platform partners; (d) bank or gateway failures during payment, beyond ensuring the payment partner is reputable and certified.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdiDevam, ANS Services, and our pandit partners against any claim arising from: (a) inaccurate naam-gotra or sankalp details that you provided; (b) use of the platform on behalf of another person without their consent; (c) violation of these Terms or any applicable law during your use of the platform.
14. Dispute Resolution And Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of AdiDevam will first be attempted to be resolved by writing to support@adidevam.com within 30 days of the disputed event. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by AdiDevam, conducted in English, and seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any non-arbitrable matter arising from these Terms.
15. Force Majeure
AdiDevam is not liable for any failure or delay in performing under these Terms when such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders, civil disturbance, riots, fire, strikes, lockouts, telecommunications or internet outages, or temple closures.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
17. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as services, laws, payment flows, or operational practices change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of AdiDevam after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Contact
For any question about these Terms, write to support@adidevam.com or use the contact form at /contact. We typically respond within one working day.
