Information We Collect
- Booking details such as name, gotra, family member names, puja selections, sankalp details, city, phone number, and email when provided.
- Payment and order information required to create, verify, refund, or support your booking.
- Account profile details you choose to save, including family members, address, birth details, and avatar.
- WhatsApp conversation information, delivery/read status, replies, opt-out status, and support messages.
- Technical information such as browser, device, IP-derived diagnostics, and usage events needed for security and service reliability.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage puja, chadhava, daan, astrology, and related ritual bookings.
- To share order confirmation, payment status, seva updates, video proof, reminders, and support replies through WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- To personalize returning checkout experiences and account history.
- To prevent fraud, protect accounts, verify payments, maintain audit records, and improve customer support.
- To comply with tax, GST, accounting, payment, and lawful business obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure payment partners such as Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, net banking, or wallet credentials on AdiDevam servers.
WhatsApp Communication
By booking or contacting us, you agree that AdiDevam may send transactional updates related to your booking, payment, seva status, video proof, account, or support request through WhatsApp. You can opt out of non-essential campaign communication by replying with opt-out words such as STOP.
Sharing Of Information
- We share relevant booking details with priests, temple operations teams, media fulfillment teams, payment processors, communication providers, hosting providers, and support tools only as needed to perform the service.
- We may disclose information when required by law, tax authorities, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or valid legal process.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We keep order, payment, communication, and tax records for as long as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution, accounting, legal compliance, and business records. Profile information can be updated by you through your account where available.
Your Choices
- You may contact us to request correction of your profile or booking details where operationally possible.
- You may opt out of non-essential WhatsApp campaigns.
- Some transaction, tax, payment, and audit records may be retained even after a support request because they are required for legal or operational reasons.
