Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations depend on payment status, temple scheduling, and whether ritual preparation or fulfillment has already begun.

Business Identity
AdiDevam is operated by ANS Services.
Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment for the same booking, after verification with the payment gateway and order records.
- Payment debited but order not created or not confirmed, where the payment partner confirms successful debit.
- A confirmed seva cannot be performed due to an AdiDevam operational issue and no suitable reschedule or alternate seva is accepted.
- Wrong amount charged because of a technical or checkout error verified by our team.
Non-Refundable Cases
- The puja, chadhava, daan, astrology session, media preparation, or personalized ritual preparation has already started.
- Incorrect name, gotra, family member, phone number, or sankalp details were submitted by the customer and the correction window has passed.
- The booking was completed and video proof or ritual update has been shared where included.
- Delay caused by temple schedule, festival crowd, local restrictions, weather, priest availability, or events outside reasonable control, unless the service cannot be fulfilled at all.
Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests should be raised as early as possible on WhatsApp with your order number. Once ritual preparation or fulfillment has started, cancellation may not be available because the seva is personalized to the devotee's sankalp.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank, UPI, wallet, or card settlement timelines are controlled by the payment partner and may take additional working days after initiation.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, payment screenshot if available, phone number used during checkout, and the reason for the request.
