Shri Rinmukteshwar Mahadev sits in Valmiki Dham on the Shipra bank in Ujjain — the original karz-mukti shrine of Sanatan Dharma. Per the Skanda Purana, this is the very spot where King Harishchandra of Ayodhya — the most truth-bound king of Treta Yuga — performed the Pili Pooja vidhi when he had fallen into rin to Rishi Vishwamitra. He had already lost his kingdom, his queen Taramati, his son Rohit. He was about to lose his soul. Mahadev manifested at this linga; his rin cleared; the kingdom was restored. The shrine's name itself — Rin-Mukt-Eshwar — means the Lord of debt-liberation.
The acharya performs the Pili Pooja with full Vedic vidhi — yellow chana dal arpan, haldi-jaggery abhishek, yellow flower over the linga, followed by Mahalakshmi avahan and the Sapta-rin-mukti mantra paath. Every step is performed only for your family's naam-gotra during the Saturday muhurat.
Devotees usually want the puja carried with care — a clear vidhi, a clear video, and a clear sankalp before the deity.

Every mantra, every sankalp-jal, every offering is performed for your naam-gotra alone. No other devotee’s name enters this sankalp.
The recorded video is of your family’s sankalp only. It is never bundled with another devotee’s name in the same recording.
The Pili Pooja at Shri Rinmukteshwar Mahadev is the original karz-mukti vidhi of Sanatan Dharma — the ritual King Harishchandra performed when his rin to Rishi Vishwamitra threatened his soul. The vidhi includes yellow chana dal, haldi, gud, and yellow flower abhishek over the linga, with Mahalakshmi avahan and Sapta-rin-mukti paath — on your family's naam-gotra, on the muhurat you choose.
