Mantra: “ॐ क्रां क्रीं क्रौं सः भौमाय नमः” Om Kram Kreem Kroum Sah Bhaumaya Namah

Meaning: Salutations to the powerful Mangal (Mars) who energizes and protects.

On a Tuesday morning, after bathing, find a clean, quiet place.

Place the red cloth on a small wooden or copper plate.

Sprinkle red sandalwood powder or kumkum on the cloth forming a small circle.

Place five red lentils evenly on the circle.

Put the copper coin or Mangal idol at the center.

Offer red flowers and apply a few drops of mustard oil on the lentils (optional for added strength).

Chant the Mangal mantra 108 times:

After chanting, meditate for a few minutes visualizing red energy filling your body and surroundings.
